To complete a payment via your financial institution’s Electronic Bill Payment system, please set up Canadian PMX Corp. as your bill payee.
Requires a Credit Card on file to ‘Lock-in’ your pricing
Submit your bill payment in CAD at any participating bank or credit union located in Canada, through online or telephone banking or at your branch. Please note that the billing address on your order must match the address information provided by your bank.
Participating Financial Institutions
The following financial institutions are currently offering Electronic Bill Paymentservice with Canadian PMX Corp:
Go to the Payments link of your online banking and Add Payee. Search: “PMX” then click to select ‘Canadian PMX Corp’. Enter your Canadian PMX web customer account number. If Canadian PMX Corp. is not available as a payee, please contact your branch direct.
Up to 1-2 Business Days of Receipt for Canadian Wire Transfers
Up to 2-4 Business Days of Receipt for United States Wire Transfers
Wire transfers issued by Canadian financial institutions must be completed within 1 business day of receipt of your Order Confirmation.
Wire transfers issued by United States financial institutions must be completed within 2 business days of receipt of your Order Confirmation.
Once your payment by wire transfer has been confirmed there is no holding period and your order will be processed immediately.

Canadian PMX does notaccept bank direct deposits as a method of payment.
**Important note – Banks often recommend direct deposits instead of wire transfers as a faster and cheaper payment option. However, this method does not include details of the depositor or the type of funds deposited. Please advise your bank of our policy in order to avoid delays.**

We accept cash as payment for orders of any size.
Orders that have been booked online that will be paid in cash must be completed within 2 business days of your Order Confirmation.
**Single cash transactions of $10,000 or greater, or multiple smaller transactions within a 24 hour period that totals $10,000 or more, will require you to provide one piece of valid government issued photo identification. You will also be required to complete our ‘Large Cash Transaction Report’ in compliance with all federal FINTRAC guidelines. **
***Please Note: Debit Card transactions (in store) do not apply to FINTRAC Guidelines and limits are at the sole discretion of your financial banking institution***
Prior to attempting a payment by debit card, please contact your banking institution to confirm your transaction limit in order to avoid delays. Many debit card accounts will decline transactions unless specific arrangements have been made through your bank to increase your daily limit. Most financial institutions will be able to accommodate large debit transactions if arranged in advance.

When finalizing your order using PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will then be prompted to log in to your PayPal account and process the payment. After your payment has been processed you will be redirected back to CanadianPMX.com to complete the order.
Once the transaction has been verified, an order confirmation will be sent to the client, and the items will be prepared to be shipped or available for the client to pick up in store**Please Note: From time to time, PayPal orders may require additional review by our fraud team, which case may require a short holding period of 1 business day (24 hrs).
