Payment Methods

PAYPAL

• *Canadian PMX can only accept orders that are shipping to PayPal Verified Shipping Addresses.*
• When finalizing your order using PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you will then be prompted to log in to your PayPal account and process the payment. After your payment has been processed you will be redirected back to CanadianPMX.com to complete the order.
• Once the transaction has been verified, an order confirmation will be sent to the client, and the items will be prepared to be shipped or available for the client to pick up in store.
• **Please Note: From time to time, PayPal orders may require additional review by our fraud team, which case may require a short holding period of 1 business day (24 hrs) .

CREDIT CARD

• Visa, MasterCard and American Express are Accepted.
• Please be advised that Canadian PMX Inc. reserves the right to request additional Government Issued photo ID documentation.
• Items purchased will only be shipped to the verified billing address matching the Credit Card Information.
• Canadian PMX will not accept Pre-Paid Credit Cards, Co-branded Visa/Debit Bank Cards or Credit Card Cheques as a method of payment.
• All Credit Card orders are subject to Fraud Audits (Please allow 48 Hours for clearance)

BANK WIRE TRANSFER

• Wire transfers issued by Canadian financial institutions must be completed within 1 business day of receipt of your Order Confirmation.
• Wire transfers issued by United States financial institutions must be completed within 2 business days of receipt of your Order Confirmation.
• Once your payment by wire transfer has been confirmed there is no holding period and your order will be processed immediately.
• Requires a Credit Card on file to ‘Lock-in’ your pricing.

ELECTRONIC BILL PAYMENT

• To complete a payment via your financial institution’s Electronic Bill Payment system, please set up Canadian PMX as your bill payee.
• Requires a Credit Card on file to ‘Lock-in’ your pricing.

	RBC	Go to Pay Bills and Transfer Funds, then click to Add a Payee. Search: “PMX” then click to select ‘Canadian PMX / Canadian Coin & Currency’. Enter your Canadian PMX sales order number. (Please exclude the letters ‘SO’, and ONLY use the numerical portion of your sales number)
	BMO	Go into the Payments section of your banking then click to Add a Payee. Search: “PMX” then click to select ‘Canadian PMX-Canadian Coin & Currency’. Enter your Canadian PMX sales order number. (Please exclude the letters ‘SO’, and ONLY use the numerical portion of your sales number)
	PC Financial	Go into the Payments section of your banking then click to Add a Payee. Search: “PMX” then click to select ‘Canadian PMX’. Enter your Canadian PMX sales order number. (Please exclude the letters ‘SO’, and ONLY use the numerical portion of your sales number)
	Desjardins	Go to Pay Bills and Add a Payee. Search: “PMX” then click to select Canadian PMX’ Enter your Canadian PMX sales order number. (Please exclude the letters ‘SO’, and ONLY use the numerical portion of your sales number)
	CIBC	CIBC Go into the Payments section of your banking then click to Add a Payee. Search: “PMX” then click to select ‘Canadian PMX’. Enter your Canadian PMX sales order number. (Please exclude the letters ‘SO’, and ONLY use the numerical portion of your sales number)
	National Bank	Log in, go to Bills and Add a Payee. Search other suppliers, keyword: “PMX”. Select to add ‘Canadian PMX’. Enter your Canadian PMX sales order number. (Please exclude the letters ‘SO’, and ONLY use the numerical portion of your sales number)
	Scotiabank	Add us for Electronic Bill Payment. Search: “PMX” then click to select ‘Canadian PMX / CDN COIN Currency’. Category: Bill Payment. Province: Ontario. Enter your Canadian PMX sales order number. (Please exclude the letters ‘SO’, and ONLY use the numerical portion of your sales number)
	Tangerine	Go to Pay Bills and Add a Payee. Search: “PMX” then click to select ‘Canadian PMX’. Enter your Canadian PMX sales order number. (Please exclude the letters ‘SO’, and ONLY use the numerical portion of your sales number)
	Central 1 Credit Union	Go to the Payments link of your online banking and Add Payee. Search: “PMX” then click to select ‘Canadian PMX’. If Canadian PMX is not available as a payee, please contact your branch direct. Enter your Canadian PMX sales order number. (Please exclude the letters ‘SO’, and ONLY use the numerical portion of your sales number)

INTERAC E-TRANSFER

• * We only accept Interac e-Transfers in Canadian Dollars only. *
• Requires a Credit Card on file to 'Lock-in' your pricing.
• After your order has been submitted, please log into your personal online banking and click on the link to send an Interac e-Transfer.
• Direct your Interac e-Transfer to the following email address: [email protected] .
• Please include your sales order number in the comments when sending the e-Transfer.
• Payments are automatically deposited into our account. No security question will be necessary.
• If your bank has a daily e-Transfer limit that is lower than the total amount of your order, you may send as many e-Transfer payments necessary to complete your payment in full.

BANK DRAFT

• Please have your Bank Draft payable to; Canadian PMX Inc.
• Canadian Bank Drafts issued by Canadian financial institutions clears in 5 business days from receipt.
• United States Bank Drafts, USD Bank drafts, and Bank drafts issued by Credit Unions clears in 10 business days from receipt.
• Your draft must be received by Canadian PMX within 5 business days of receipt of your Order Confirmation
• Your draft must be postmarked within 2 business days of the time of your Order Confirmation
• Canadian PMX does not accept Credit Card Cheques as a method of payment due to the excessive clearing time.
• Requires a Credit Card on file to ‘Lock-in’ your pricing

CASH PAYMENT

• Payment must be made in person at our Richmond Hill store during our posted operating hours (Monday through Saturday).

• We accept cash as payment for orders of any size.
• Orders that have been booked online that will be paid in cash must be completed within 2 business days of your Order Confirmation.
• **Single cash transactions of $10,000 or greater, or multiple smaller transactions within a 24 hour period that totals $10,000 or more, will require you to provide one piece of valid government issued photo identification. You will also be required to complete our ‘Large Cash Transaction Report’ in compliance with all federal FINTRAC guidelines. **

DEBIT PAYMENT

• Payment must be made in person at our Richmond Hill store during our posted operating hours (Monday through Saturday).
  
• Orders that have been booked online that will be paid with debit must be completed within 2 business days of your Order Confirmation.
• ***Please Note: Debit Card transactions (in store) do not apply to FINTRAC Guidelines and limits are at the sole discretion of your financial banking institution***
• Requires a Credit Card on file to 'Lock-in' your pricing.

PERSONAL / BUSINESS CHEQUE

• Please send your Personal or Business Cheque payable to; Canadian PMX Inc.
• Your cheque must be received by Canadian PMX within 5 business days of receipt of your Order Confirmation.
• Canadian PMX will only accept cheques from Canadian or US financial institutions which have pre-printed account information.
• Your cheque must be postmarked within 1 business day of the time of your Order Confirmation.
• Canadian PMX will not accept Credit Card Cheques as a method of payment due to the excessive clearing time.
• Requires a Credit Card on file to ‘Lock-in’ your pricing.
