Description
Since 2010, the US Mint released five silver America the Beautiful coins annually. The 5oz silver coins completed in 2021, each representing a historical monument or a treasured national park. These bullion coins were introduced following the success of the state quarter program.
The obverse carries the familiar coin portrait of George Washington - the portrait featured on current Washington quarter
These bullion coins are three inches in diameter and have a nominal face value of 25 cents. These are the first five ounce, three inch, .999 fine silver bullion coins ever produced by the United States Mint. The fineness and weight are edge-incused on the coins.
The coins are sold without capsules and can be purchased individually.
