Description
The Perth Mint’s Australian Lunar Series III celebrates the Year of the Tiger in 2022, the third animal in the 12-year cycle of the Chinese zodiac. Each coin has a fineness of 99.9% pure silver, and is protected in a plastic capsules. This 2022 silver bullion coin portrays a tiger cub following its proud and protective parent across a rocky terrain. As well as the inscription 'TIGER' and the Chinese character for tiger, the design also incorporates The Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark.
