These 1.25 troy ounce misc. dated Canadian Silver Bald Eagle coins are struck in .9999 pure silver is issued by the Royal Canadian Mint.

The obverse side of the coin features images of the bald eagle, some in mid-flight, showcasing its powerful wings and keen eyes. Stamped on the lower part of the coin is the silver purity of ‘‘9999’’ and ‘’Fine Silver 1 1/4 OZ Argent Pur’’. The obverse side of the coin features Susanna Blunt’s portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, with inscriptions of ‘’Elizabeth II’’, ‘’D.G. Regina’’, and the face value of the $8.

In order to combat against counterfeiting, repeating radial lines appear on both sides of the coin. On the reverse side, an additional security feature in the shape of a maple leaf is listed. When viewed under magnification you will be able to see, the year of minting inside the leaf.
